Position Summary

We are seeking motivated, licensed Real Estate Agents to represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. A key advantage of this role is access to Grandview Realty’s seller leads, providing agents with consistent opportunities to build listings and grow their business. This position is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a collaborative environment, value strong administrative and transaction support, and want the benefit of brokerage-generated seller opportunities.

Responsibilities

1. Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions from initial consultation through closing

2. Conduct buyer consultations, property showings, listing presentations, and open houses

3. Prepare and negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with state and local regulations

4. Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property value

5. Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions

6. Maintain accurate records in MLS and CRM systems

7. Stay current on market trends, local inventory, and continuing education requirements

8. Collaborate with brokerage leadership and support staff, with the ability to receive mentorship and guidance as needed

9. Uphold ethical standards and provide exceptional client service at all times
